What to include in your complaint
Incomplete submissions may be paused until missing information is supplied.
Claimant details
Name or organization, email, phone if available, and country.
Authority evidence
Official source, authorization, trademark registration, power of attorney, or equivalent evidence.
Protected subject matter
Identify the work, trademark, brand, image, game, service, software, or other protected subject.
Exact disputed URL
Provide the exact page, product, image, description, or other site URL.
Explanation of infringement
Explain which rights are affected and why the identified use is unauthorized.
Good-faith statement
Confirm that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, agent, or law.
Accuracy statement
Confirm that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized representative.
Signature
Provide a physical or electronic signature; for email, the representative name at the end is acceptable.
A complaint without an exact URL, infringement explanation, or authority evidence may be held until the missing information is provided.

Decision
The material may be removed, restricted, modified, or left unchanged if the claim is not substantiated.

1. General provisions
The site administration respects the rights of authors, copyright holders, trademark owners, digital services, gaming platforms, publishers, and other lawful owners of intellectual property.
snipergames.store is not an official representative of Steam, War Thunder, Minecraft, Filmix, VPN services, game publishers, platforms, or other third-party services unless expressly stated otherwise.
Names of games, services, platforms, companies, trademarks, images, and other identifiers may be used solely to describe product categories, compatibility, intended use of digital access, or reference information.
If a rights holder believes that specific material on the site infringes their rights, they may submit a reasoned complaint using the procedure below.
6. Review timeframes
The average initial review time is 2–5 business days from the moment sufficient information is received.
The review period may be extended where a large amount of material must be examined or additional verification is required.
If the complaint is incomplete, the review period starts after the missing information is provided.
8. False or abusive complaints
The claimant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for having authority to act on behalf of the rights holder.
The administration may decline complaints containing knowingly false information, threats, pressure, mass automated submissions, or demands unrelated to a specific material.
Misuse of the rights-holder complaint channel may result in refusal to process similar future submissions.
9. Seller statements and counter-explanations
If disputed material is connected with information supplied by a seller, the administration may request evidence concerning the origin of the product or the right to use the relevant material.
A seller or other interested party may provide explanations, documents, or confirmation of lawful use.
Temporary restrictions may be applied while the review is pending where there is a meaningful risk of infringement or third-party claims.
10. Personal data in complaints
By submitting a complaint, the claimant agrees that the supplied data may be processed for verification, communication, dispute resolution, and protection of legitimate interests.
Do not provide more personal, confidential, or commercially sensitive information than is reasonably required.
